Yoga for everyone
(if you are familiar with yoga and can’t make the pregnancy class you are welcome to join us in our other classes and we will modify postures for you.)
Monday to Fridays 8.00 to 9.15 am
Mondays and Wednesdays 5.30 pm
Yoga is a gentle way of maintaining or gaining fitness while reducing anxiety with breathing and relaxation techniques.
Blissful bellies is a space in which moms can connect with themselves and their baby, feel safe and the joy of motherhood.
