After giving birth, a new mother not only has a beautiful bundle of sweetness to love, but she’s usually left with a sore lower back, tight hips, and tense shoulders as well. Recovering from a C-section or Natural Childbirth can create physical exhaustion and you could feel psychologically detached from your body.
Both during and after pregnancy, yoga is a perfect way to firm your body, build strength, and gain flexibility and also a wonderful way to maintain emotional balance and reduce stress during the exciting and often hectic times surrounding the birth of a child.
Postnatal classes are designed to redefine your body, restore your energy, and help you reconnect to yourself and your own wellness and your baby.
